A seasoned music executive with over 20 years of industry experience, Kim Lumpkin is responsible for the success of some of music’s most recognizable names. Ms. Lumpkin is the CEO of Bloom Entertainment, a full-service entertainment management firm. Ms. Lumpkin was formerly VP of A&R and Operations and Bad Boy Records.

Salaam Remi

Grammy-winning producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist Salaam Remi has created definitive songs for artists that drove shifts in culture from the 90s to the 2000s to today. He has been essential in the careers of those who have gone on to define their generation and generations to come including Amy Winehouse, Nas, The Fugees, Miguel, Jazmine Sullivan, and countless others. In addtion, Mr. Remi spent five years as the Executive Vice President of A&R across all labels at Sony Music.
